1. What is your returns policy?

To support the current restrictions in place due to COVID-19, we have extended the return timeframe and returns are accepted if returned within 60 days after your order has been received (for both local and international orders). Exchanges are only available the same product purchased. If the item requested is not available in stock, we will have to refund you in money form. Only products damaged / defect may be returned.  If you are unsure of the eligibility of returns of your product, please contact our team at We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
